The dojo is the purplish mountain at the very back of the island

The mine shack is the snow drift pile left of the plaza.

The underground pool can be found when you go down the sewer at the plaza.

The boiler room can be found when you go to the night club, then hover your cursor over the first right speaker. It should open up to show a ladder. Then you just go down the ladder. In the boiler room, their is a box next to a strange looking device. Hover your cursor over there for a water bomb to fly out.

The iceburg is the white piece of land to the right of the island. To tip the iceburg, watch this vidieo:
